Tuesday Mornings at 10am we do Dancersise, it is easy dance moves that turn out to be a very good cardio workout. We danced a mile and a half on Tuesday.
Wednesday and Friday mornings at 10 am we have Cardio Drumming, that also can be done standing or sitting. Cardio Drumming is so much fun, no one even realizes they are exercising. I have noticed the transformation in many of us, from this class.
Tuesday’s after lunch at 1 pm starting April 24, 2024, We have Sign Language with Michelle Pequgnot, Hard of Hearing Specialist from The Division of Services of Deaf and Hard of Hearing. This class is so rewarding.
On the last Friday of the month, we have Art Class with Sharon Frei.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays we play Bingo at 11:00 am This is a always a Hoot!!!
The Enterprise Senior Center has a Beautiful Pool Table, there is always someone willing to play.
