Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 10 am we have Cardio Drumming, it can be done standing or sitting. Cardio Drumming is so much fun, no one even realizes they are exercising. I have noticed the transformation in many of us, from this class. After Cardio Drumming we do a cool down of Chair yoga, it is stretching and breathing.
Wednesday’s at 1pm We have Sign Language with Michelle Pequgnot, Hard of Hearing Specialist from The Division of Services of Deaf and Hard of Hearing. This class is so rewarding
On The First Friday of the Month, we have Crafting with Marlene at 1pm
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays we play Bingo at 11:00 am This is a always a Hoot!!!
The Enterprise Senior Center has a Beautiful Pool Table, there is always someone willing to play.
