    Please join us for Thanksgiving Dinner at the Senior Center on Tuesday, November 20, 2018. Dinner will be served from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm.

  • Fun New Fitness Class!

    We’re starting a fun new fitness class beginning this Friday at 9:15 AM. It’s called cardio drumming and provides a cardio and core-strengthening workout. We provide the drumsticks and the exercise balls. (This class replaces Zumba.)

     

  • Looking for Volunteers

    We are looking for volunteers at the St. George Senior Center in the following areas:

    Dining Room help Tuesday 10:30 to 1:00.  Knitting and Crochet Instructor Tuesday 1:00 to 3:00. Zumba and Pound Instructor every Friday 9:15. Stretch Instructor every Wednesday 12:00 and every Friday 10:15. Cardio Dance Instructor every Tuesday 1:00. Matt-less Yoga Instructor every Thursday at 10:45. Please contact Jeanie at 435-632-4264.
