Gentle Yoga

This is chair yoga.  Yoga will increase your flexibility, balance, and strengthen your core muscles.


Senior Zircuit

This 30 minute class combines cardiovascular fitness moves with basic dance steps and light hand weights for a total body workout.

Senior Zumba

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Sit Fit

This class is a great new way to improve strength and muscle tone, promote balance to prevent falls, and increase cardiovascular ability all while having fun.  Come and give it a try!

Sun Style Tai Chi

Sun Style Tai Chi is a centuries-old Chinese practice known for its slow, gentle, flowing movements.  It combines mental concentration with slow, controlled movements to focus the mind, challenge the body, and improve the flow of what the Chinese call “chi” — the life energy thought to sustain health and quiet the mind (Wikipedia).
