  • Five County AOG ‘A Letter For Every Resident’

    Are you interested in a fun, easy way to give back to the community? The Area Agency on Aging-Five County is sponsoring the Letter to Every Resident Campaign for the 9/11 National Day of Service. We are looking for 2500 letters, drawings or cards to distribute to area Long Term Care residents. To particpate or get more information, call (435) 673-3548 or email bec@fivecounty.utah.gov

  • Tai Chi Class

    Our Tai Chi has moved to Thursdays @ 10:00 am.

    Suggested donation for the class is $1.00 if over 60, $5.00 charge for under 60.

    It is a graceful form of exercise that’s used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.
